The founders of Innaxis are business entrepreneurs, researchers and university professors. People from very different backgrounds, sharing a vision: dialog between science and society can be enriched by connecting scientific disciplines and making different kinds of scientists work in close cooperation with businesses, public institutions and social networks.

Our common drive came out of thoughtful interactions and a passion for discovery. This is why we invite open-minded individuals and institutions to join us (and many others) in the inspiring adventure of harnessing complexity and delivering applications of state-of-the-art scientific knowledge to solve real complex problems.

Universities and Research Centers

Our world is a network of networks and exchange is the basis of creative production and diffusion of knowledge. INNAXIS invites universities and research centers to work together on R&D projects with innovative and interdisciplinary approaches, based on Complexity Science, to respond to social needs which are unattended by conventional, single-sided research and development methods.

Governments, Public Institutions & NGOs

Science is not only a politically correct field to invest public resources and wait for positive returns in terms of innovation, productivity and competitiveness.

Complexity Science may also be an extraordinary tool to increase the impact of Science on Society, to address prospective needs and, even more important than that, to improve the governance of social systems and the build-up of desirable futures. INNAXIS invites governments, public institutions and NGOs to face together this challenge.

Businesses and Industrial Associations

Innovation is increasingly and rightly considered as the key challenge for any kind of enterprise to survive and succeed. At the same time, huge amounts of scientific knowledge and resources remain unexploited, as far as practical applications are concerned, or confined to narrow fields.

Changing this situation even a little bit could have impressive results. This is why INNAXIS is determined to break the barriers which are inhibiting fruitful dialogs between science and industry, and to build a new mindset for innovation. INNAXIS invites businesses and industrial associations to cooperate in this promising challenge.
